The fitness ministry offers 1-8 week sessions of different types of exercise and health-related classes such as Intro to Pilates, Boot Camp for Christians, Intensive Stretching and Relaxation, Balance Training, Core Conditioning (Deep Abdominals and Back), Seniors Style Fitness, Biblical Eating, Balanced Nutrition, The Truth about Fat, Diets and Food Fads… and more!
